Q. Can I use my card abroad?

Yes you can use your Prepaid Card anywhere in the world where you see the MasterCard© logo. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Q. Is there any protection against fraud?

Yes we have a 24/7 monitoring service that highlights any fraudulent activity. We will contact you if we see any fraudulent activity.

Q. How long will it take for my Prepaid Card and pin to arrive?

Once your application has been successfully approved the card will be send to you within 5 working days.

Q. How can I activate my card?

Select the card you require to activate by visiting: Activate your Card and follow the 3 stage process.

Q. How can I view my Prepaid Card balance?

You can log in to your account using the Cardholder Login and check your statement at any time. You can also use the SMS service by texting (prepaid bal [Access code] [Last 4 of Card Digit No.]) to 57887 or if you are outside the UK text +44 7797 800035. Example "prepaid bal 661888 6001".

Q. How can I see my card transaction history?

You can see your card transaction history by using our SMS service by texting (prepaid txn [Access code] [Last 4 of Card Digit No.]) to 57887 or if texting outside the UK +44 7797 800035. Example "prepaid txn 661888 6001". Alternatively you can also log into your account using the Cardholder Login.

Q. How do I load money on to my CashFlows Card?

You can load your Prepaid Card using a number of different channels including debit card, bank transfer and PayPoint. Alternatively you can contact our CashFlows Customer Service Team on 01223 550920, select option 6 and they will be able to assist you with the loading of funds. All requests will be processed onto the card by 10am the following morning. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Q. Can I take out cash?

Yes you can take out up to £500 in cash in a maximum of 3 transactions per day.

Q. What do I do if I have lost my Pin?

You can use the SMS service by texting (prepaid pin[Access code] [Last4 of Card Digit No.]) to 57887 or if texting outside the UK +44 7797 800035. Example "prepaid pin 661888 6001". You can also call the CashFlows Customer Service Team on 01223 550920, select option 3. We can send a PIN reminder or order a new PIN, which will be sent to your mobile.

Q. What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You can log in to your account using the Cardholder Login and click the lost and stolen button, or you can use the SMS service texting (prepaid lock [Access code] [Last4 of Card Digit No.]) by texting 57887 or if texting outside the UK +44 7797 800035. This will lock your card temporarily.

Alternatively call the CashFlows Customer Service Team directly on 01223 550920 and select option 4 and they will cancel the card and order a replacement for you All funds will be moved directly to your new card.

Q. Can I use my Prepaid Card online and for mail order purchases?

Yes, you can use it anywhere that MasterCard is accepted.
